It sounds like you're unable to complete your iPhone backup via iCloud, is that right? If so, check out the steps you can take outlined here to help you to isolate this further: If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed 


If you're still having trouble, just let us know what's happening specifically. We'll take it from there.
