My Account to purchase has been disabled. Why?

I’ve had number of issues with using my newest bank card to make purchases. I need two refunds cause I told my account was fine to use , and twice money came out my bank, but no product received by me. Now I’ve been disabled! What’s Up!

This is a user to user support forum, so we do not know why it was locked.


If your account is disabled in iTunes you will need to contact apple to be able to unlock it.
