Payment method

I can't add my new visa debit card. I tried several times but always receive a message that my payment method was declined. I contact my bank and everything is ok with my card, however, the payment method in my id is always declined.

Not all debit cards are accepted.

Apple ID payment information - If your payment method is declined, or you have a billing issue with a previous purchase in the iTunes Store.
