Can’t add payment method

I’m trying to add my visa debit card as a payment method but it says your payment method was declined. Please update it or add a new payment method. I haven’t added or used any payment method previously. I’ve already called my bank and everything is fine on their end. Tried all community support links as well.

Possible fixes. Fix ‘Your Payment Method Was Declined’ Error In App Store. -

Payment method declined in iTunes or the App Store. -
