USB C to headphone adapter is not working

USB C to headphone adapter is not working. It just gives click sound and static pause but no any output. I purchased twice a genuine converter but both results the same. Is this hardware or software issue? Anyone facing the same issue here?

To start, which device are you using this headphone adapter with? There are a few different adapters to use with different devices. For example, the adapter shown in the picture would be so you could connect headphones to a USB-C port on a device such as a MacBook.


If you are attempting to use headphones on an iPhone with a Lightning port, you would want to get a Lightning to headphone adapter. Take a look at the different adapters and how to use them here:
