voice control not recognizing mute sound command or other commands when playing music

Hi

Most of the voice control commands are working for us but we can not get the mute sound command or other commands to work with any application. Turn volume down does go all the way to mute sound.

We are also struggling to get voice control to recognize any command when using music apps such as youtube and music. Any suggestions?
