I have tried the apple directions but i still can't delete. I don't get the small "x" to delete on my watch, and the "Show App on Apple Watch" function is grayed out on my apple watch app on my iphone.

Then content and privacy settings
Then iTunes and App Store purchases
Then deleting apps set this to allow.
Install apps set this to allow.
