Why my macbook air crashes when I connect ethernet cable using adapter type C to it?

ethernet disconnects My Mac Studio Ethernet keeping disconnected every few minutes. However, if I connect this ethernet cable to a USB Ethernet dongle, it works fine. Also WiFi works without any problems. I don't want to send this to repair, so any one here has any ideas?
