issues with itunes saying i'm not signed into apple music

using itunes for windows and it tells me that particular songs can't be played because i'm signed into apple music. i am signed in and have signed out and back in several times with same issues.

iTunes on Windows not playing music I can't play my Apple Music playlists on iTunes or the Apple Music app on Windows. Everytime I try to play a long off my playlist it says "The song [song name here] cannot be played because you are not signed into Apple Music", even though I signed in and out multiple times to access the playlist in the first place. And specifically on the iTunes app, it crashes the entire app after the message is closed. Can somebody help me?

I am unable to sign into Apple Music I keep seeing "Before you can sign in on the web, first sign in to the Apple Music app on your iPhone or iPad. On a computer, sign in to Apple Music or iTunes" Im already signed in and what not but it keeps giving me this [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Assuming these are Apple Music items that you have downloaded for offline use try removing a downloaded track to see if it will then stream, then download again to see if a fresh copy work correctly.
