How to get a custom professionally recorded voicemail onto iPhone
I had a British female record a specific voicemail for me. How do I make/convert this recording as my outgoing voicemail please?

Voicemail is a function of your carrier, not your iPhone. Visual Voicemail is just an interface to what your carrier provides and controls.
If your carrier has a web interface to their voice mail system, they may offer a way to upload a greeting. If not, you'll probably need to play your professionally recorded greeting (from another device) while your iPhone records it as a custom greeting.
