Apple payment method failed

I can't seem to update or add a new payment method. If I put in my security code it still gives me this error and if I try putting in the same card (I don't have any other payment method) so I could delete the failed one, it won't let me do it so now I am quite frustrated and worried because I don't know what to do.


This happened after I did a few in-app game purchases and now those purchases are on pending as well. This has not happened before. Please help
