what is this Fraud Suspected alert about? Sender and receiver are both known.

Since Apple Cash has no protection it is to make sure you are sure you want to send the $$ because once you do there is no getting it back if you are scammed.
That still doesn’t help not even close why can’t I send money everytime I try it says fraud suspected
This does nit help. I want to know if this alert is legit. According to some old posts, from September and October of 2020, this is a bug and this message should not appear. I am trying to confirm.
