I recently had to allocate more disk space to the bootcamp partition because there was not enough space for Windows 10 updates. All went well. The next day it was gone. I can still see it when I click Partition in the Disk Utility but it is grayed out. I running Catalina. I'm not a super tech person. I've Googled it but have not found anything helpful, yet. What can I do to recover Bootcamp?
Apple does not support resizing an existing Windows partition. Removing/re-installing Windows is the supported method.
Third-party tools can be problematic.
What is the year/model of your Mac (do not post the serial number)?
Can you post the output of
diskutil list
sudo gpt -vv -r show /dev/disk0
sudo fdisk /dev/disk0
The last two commands can produce an error if SIP is enabled.
