Apple Id

Whenever I try to update apps it will not let me with my current ID it ask me for my password for my old apple id i dont use anymore and have no idea what password was. Is there any way the old apple id can be permatenly removed

If you bought the apps with a different ID they are permanently tied to that ID. You will have to delete the apps and re-purchase them with the new ID or try to remember the old ID and then set up Family Sharing with yourself.
