It sounds as though you're wanting to change the preferences regarding your desired music in Apple Music. There isn't a way to reset the artists, genres, or other selections that you chose at the start of setting up Apple Music. You can choose to like songs which will allow Apple Music to learn what you like, and make future recommendations based off of what you like.
