Should I keep the charging cord plugged in after the battery is fully charged? 2021 MacBook Air, M1 chip

Will it degrade my battery if I keep it plugged into the charger after the battery shows 100% charged?

Maximum Capacity goes to 95% in just 4 weeks usage and 23 cycles Hello my battery maximum capacity goes to 95% in just 4 weeks, average 1 percentage per week. I use this laptop from Aug but last last from month i notice it start decreasing 99% to 95% in just 4 week, really worried about that any one please guide me why this? and does it goes to 100 % again? On youtube some say if i use fully discharge the battery then gave a break of 1 night and then fully charged it does work but he didnt mentioned does it again reset by 100% so need your thoughts. Please help me for understanding this fall? and untill what limit this is dangerous? Do i have to daily use battery till 80% then plugin or daily use with plugin I am new to Mac hope community helps me for understanding this process please. Thanks

MacBook pro 13" A1502 Early 2015 Retina Battery issues Hi everyone. My MacBook's battery swell 3 years ago and i had it removed; but as i couldn't find the original battery, i had to keep going on without battery and as you know it runs really slow... I've showed it to apple store and other computer services. the problem is that they say even with the battery it works the same!!! still too slow!! they say it's a Motherboard problem because it gets too hot. but they can't find out the problem. Could anyone help please? i thought with a new battery it fixes but seems not to be true....

The battery degrades by the number of times it has been

discharged and recharged. Once it is charged, if it is

still connected to the adapter, the MacBook Air will draw its power

from the power adapter.

I have kept all my laptops plugged in all the time when not being used

on battery and never had any ill effects.
