I am using Remote Desktop 10.5.1 to connect to my PC at work which is running on Windows 7. I am running MacOS Catalina 10.15.7 at home. I have 2 monitors connected to my Mac. When using Remote Desktop, I am unable to use my 2nd monitor. When I am not using Remote Desktop the 2nd monitor works just fine. In my Remote Desktop settings I have checked the box to use all monitors. Help!!!

Thanks for confirming that for us. Since there is no issue with your external display other than the issue with Remote Desktop, we'd recommend that you reach out to their developers. That might be the best route to take going forward.

Hi! Thank you for your reply. The monitor works fine when I am not using Remote Desktop, so it seems to be a problem with Remote Desktop and not the monitor itself. Please advise. Thank you!
