I forgot my Apple ID and my password?
How can I delete this email I need some help please

You don't need your Apple ID to get into your iPhone, you need the passcode you set. If you have run into Activation Lock and cannot activate your iPhone you need to contact the person who holds the email that is locking it. Can you post a screen shot?
