iPhone 11 internal camera glare issue

I know this has been discussed before- but that thread was closed. I use Pivo to video my horse riding and noticed it mostly there. I have several clients who use Pivo and said same thing- always with this same model camera. Today’s photo really showed it off.

im guessing it’s something about the light catching and reflecting within the camera lens case but sure sucks. :(
