Issues when installed WhatsApp app

I installed whatsapp app for more than 30 times and it the same problem. After restoring the chats from backup and just close the app everything is goes and it say being recovery. Then it say there is a problem i have to delete it and installed again.

this happens every time.

However every time I close the app and re open it, it stays active for less than 5 seconds then crashes, and repeats that it needs to restore chat history. I have done the obvious and tried to restore everything but it gets to about 7% then stops. I have turned my phone on and off, deleted the app at least 4 times, I back up my phone to my laptop so I restored it from my laptop but it didn't change. I have never experienced something like this before. I can usually find a solution by myself but this time I'm completely stumped. PLEASE HELP.

Crucial problem in whatsapp I'm experiencing a crucial problem in whatsapp messenger. The app crashes, and can't open it. It's like that for more than a month, I deleted the app totally and was ok for a week, then again and can't open it now. I can get messages and reply and also to open whatssap web and everyhing is ok there, but can't open the app. My ios version, whatsapp version are up to date. I also thought the problem is in specifc iCloud backup, so when it was fine I deleted the the app and then backed the whatsapp again with new iCloud backup, but now still does not work. I have enough storage in my phone and in iCloud. tnx for the help.
