The phone does not see the full screen photo

I have bought an iPhone 6S. If I assign a photo to an incoming phone, it appears in the thumbnail. The full screen is not visible. Please help me though.

Open Settings ➔ Phone ➔ Incoming Calls : Set this to FULL SCREEN.
