Awful ipad battery

I tried every method by turning off certain functions, app refresh, updating everything, etc...

i bought this ipad 8, for 500€ ON CHRISTMAS and im really dissapointed. Ios 14 has been awfuly awful and the battery drain is so fast. It drains quicker than it charges. Also this ipad is brand new. I have been trying to downgrade to ios 13, but those versions are no longer there on IPSW. Does anyone else know how to downgrade with windows?

Restoring an earlier version of iPadOS is not possible.

If experiencing battery issues, you would be best advised to take your iPad and Power Adapter along to the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store - where the technicians can test and identify the problem.

Alternatively, you might directly contact Apple Support - and request a remote battery diagnostic. You’ll find the Contact Support link at top-right of this page.

You can also initiate contact with Apple Support, or open a support case, using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed on your iPad, it can be downloaded from the App Store:
