MacBook Pro 2017 13" screen flickering issue

Hi!

My MacBook Pro 2017 13" developed an issue where suddenly one day the screen saturation went weird and started flickering in parts. It would then go away for a while (few hours sometimes) and then come back. It's steadily got worse and worse since then and the macbook is not longer useable.

When I first open the macbook up the screen looks mostly normal:

And then after several seconds it looks like this:

Sometimes it then goes back to normal but not for long.

The MacBook has hardly ever been used, barely even leaves my desk and has never been dropped etc.

Any help as to what might be causing it and a possible fix would be much apprecaited!
