I just got iphone 12 when i try to use messenger, facebook of audible the phone says i must be connect to the internet, I AM, please advise how to fix this

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you’re getting a message to connect to Internet although you’re connected. We’re happy to help.

Does it show you’re connected to Wi-Fi? Please go to Settings > Wi-Fi. Are you connected to VPN or other security software? If so, please disconnect it.

Please uninstall Messenger, Facebook, and Audible. Once uninstalled, please reset network settings. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Are you still being prompted to connect to the Internet?
