Cant restore iphone
i keep trying to restore my phone but it keeps saying
The iPhone "iPhone"could not be restored because the firmware file was corrupt. Disconnect and
reconnect, and then try again.

See If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. If you're trying to update over the air try using iTunes instead, or vice versa.
