Recovery mode

I tried to download OS X I think el captain or something but now macbook is stuck in recovery mode it lets me connect to wifi but I can’t leave OS X utilities screen can someone help me fix this pls

If you click on the top left of the screen and click on Startup Disk,

select you macs internal drive and press restart.
