It overheats when watching YouTube vids or playing games or normal browsing it does not show temperature sign it feels hot from the back no case either. Should I get a replacement?
That does not answer my question. It is normal for a phone to get warm during use. WHY do you say it is overheating? Have you measured the temperture and compared it with something that says "this is too hot"??
You will not get a replacement.
Take a break of ten minutes for things that put a heavy load on the battery.
I got it from Vodafone I can get a replacement and it overheats every time I try using it
Why do you say it is overheating, rather than just getting normally warm?
Yeah overheating
The device will put a message on the screen if it overheats.
it’s warm then gets hotter and hotter then overheating
Feels like its overheating because the screen is hot too
That is normal if you are doing processor intensive activities such as video or games.
i Set it up today just saying
Oh well no it’s on browsing and messages including calls
Can is it normal with browsing and texts also calls to heat up
