Bottom camera lens cracked iPhone 11
Not sure how- no damage to phone- cracked lens
Noticed suddenly when taking pictures/video with evening lighting.
Resolutions? Cost?

I don't think so.
You would have to take (or ship) the device to an Apple repair location to have it examined.
