My Face ID has stopped working

My Face ID has stopped working; when I go to reset it up it just keeps saying ‘move phone lower’.

My camera is working fine, except in portrait mode; it just keeps saying ‘move further away’.

Face ID iPhone X iPhone X. My Face ID has stopped working. All updates have been done and I have factory reset the phone. The camera drifts in and out of focus and won’t capture my face. The camera works fine when just in camera mode. Why is it not working for Face ID??

Face ID not working No matter how many times I restart my phone and reset my Face ID, it would work at first but after a few minutes, my Face ID is not able to recognize my face. This issue has been occurring for a few days now and it’s getting irritating. Any solutions to this? Please don’t suggest I clean my TrueDepth camera and that I check if I’m at the latest update. Both have a least been checked.
