Activity Goals Apple Watch

I'm on my apple watch trying to change the activity goal and it says to swipe up in the app to see a "change goal" button, mine doesn't have it?

I want to change my goals in activity app but I can’t figure out how to. There is no change goals underneath. It is an Series 1 watch. I have an Apple Watch, Series 1. I want to change activity goals but I do not have the change goals at the bottom. Is there a work around?

This is a WatchOS7 feature.
