When at my HOME location, how do i keep my iPhone on auto-unlock?

There's no means to do that.

Log some feedback with Apple, if you'd like to see that added.

made my first shortcut or personal automation, send notification to turn auto on/off when arriving/leaving home location

You cannot make it location dependent but you can change Auto-Lock to never when you get home and change it back when you leave. Or you can see if you can write a shortcut to do that.

Have you tried setting Auto-Lock to Never?
