login without password

Hello, I have trouble, that I can login to my profil without password when I switch iMac on. If I change to user than it ask for password. Has anyone same experience and any advice how to fix it ?

Hi marti_nius,


This would be because in System Preferences > Security & Privacy, Disable Automatic Login is OFF.


You can enable it to always require a password upon startup.


You always need a password when switching user accounts, unless that user account has no password set.
