Apple TV App will NOT install on Samsung TV Series 7

I have a Samsung Series 7 TV (model: UN58NU7100) compatible with the Apple TV App. Unfortunately, upon attempt to installing the App (which appears in the list of App to download), It always fail to install. All other Apps (Netflix, Youtube, Prime) install and work perfectly...

If you ask Samsung, they refer you to Apple, then if you dig deep enough, Apple refers you back to Manufactuer... its a catch 22 and no support.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

Note that I already attempted a Smart Hub reset - no difference.
