How do I block text messages and voice messages to my landline which I receive a notice that I have a message on my landline via the app on my phone
I'm receiving text messages from random number as well as voice message left on my landline via the app asking that I contact Apple Support advisor call 315-232-****

Likely a scam message. Is there a message on your landline? Likely there isn't.

Scam maybe? Your iPhone wouldn’t alert you to messages on your landline unless you downloaded some sort of app that would do that. Apple wouldn’t contact you randomly either.
Yes I do have an app to notify landline messages
You would need to contact the provider for you landline services.
