iPhone XR Ghost Touch

I have had my iPhone XR for almost two years now, and back in about September or October, my phone fell out of my pocket while getting out of the car, cracking it. The phone was fine for a while but in about November, I started experiencing ghost touches, which have since not stopped. The only way to stop the phone from doing this is to restart it, which only works half the time. My phone will, on its own, open my phone app and call people from my recent calls, type letters on the keyboard on its own, and now it has left the top of my screen completely unresponsive. Paying for a new phone is not an option and neither is buying a $200 screen replacement. What should I do?
