iPhone 12 Pro Max issues

Hi I brought iPhone 12 Max Pro on launch date.

Since then I was facing couple of issues.

initially I thought it may be because of iOS bugs, but I updated my iPhone twice.

Issues are listed as follows:

  1. App Store stops downloading apps.
  2. in app browser not working.
  3. Some banking app don’t login on wifi and able to login with 4G
  4. settings tab got freezing for mobile data selection and app’s selection
  5. not able to connect 4G

All these issues got resolved once I restarts and all issues comes back after some time.

Restarting iPhone on frequently bases is too much irritating.

Please suggested to fix this issue or need to replace my iPhone.

Thank you for the reply jitenderk!

You have taken some great troubleshooting steps already. Do you have a recent backup of your device in iTunes or iCloud? If not, please backup your device to prevent data loss. You can do that by performing these steps outlined here:

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Once complete, we recommend that you restore your device as new (not from a backup) using iTunes. This will remove everything on your device and restore it to factory settings. See if the issue persists when the device is set to new. This will also download a fresh copy of the iOS. By doing this, it will help us determine if this is a software related issue or an issue relating to something on the backup. You can do this by performing these steps outlined here:

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

If the issue does not persist when you restore it to new, then restore it from the backup. If the issue does persist while the device is restored to new, please contact us here to further investigate:
