My cellular data usage disappeared

I have a limited data plan.

The other day the cellular data current period stat disappeared.

Data usage at midnight In viewing the data usage details on my cellular provider's site, I noticed several day's worth of data usage at exactly 12:00:00 am and pm, and 06:00:00 am and pm. Since no one uses the phone at precisely that time, it seems these might be times Apple uses to download/upload data. Any idea what's going on?

Changed your Carrier or SIM
Reset your Device.
Reset Statistics on your Device

The Last Reset Date is when you first Activated your iPhone. Watch the Pic below
