iPhone categories AI misclassified a photo how do I place it in the correct category?

My grandmother's iPhone has misclassified photos of my grandfather when he was incredibly ill and in hospital (he has since passed). The AI likely saw the blankets and put the photos under the category "babies" and while I know it's not anyone's fault it feels disrespectful to his memory - is there any way to remove them from the category? (the iOS of the phone is 12.5.?)

If not would it be worth lodging a complaint to Apple?
