i cant make a call on my iphone 7 (it disconnects when the other person answers) or use my microphone and i just updated to 14.4. How do I fix it??

I already referenced this webpage and it hasn’t resolved my issue. Something with the new iOS 14.4 update did this to my phone. It isn’t my carrier or my network or any of the settings referenced in the link provided.
