Emails Syncing

Good morning. My emails aren’t syncing between MacBook and iPhone. They are receiving them fine, but the folders are incorrect. I have checked the settings as you suggest and they are all ok. I have deleted the account on my iPhone and reinstalled and still no joy; the folders are still incorrect.

please can you offer other suggestions that are true to the leftest version of iOS and updates. Thanks.
