Apple ID email about unknown sign in

Hi there. I’ve received an email yesterday and just now regarding my official email has been used by someone unknown and they using my email to sign in macbook 13 and imessage. I’ve never use my official email to sign in/register anything on my iphone (i’ve been using my personal email to register/sign in). How i need to respond or what should i do regarding this matter? Herewith attached a screenshot to my email. Anything regarding iphone i’ve use ****@ yahoo.com and never use ****@ yahoo.com to sign in/

Check your device list to see if there is a device signed in that you don't recognize. You can remove the device using the steps in the article below. As a precaution, change your password.


Apple ID device list -Check to see where you‘re signed in.

 What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support     I suggest doing this before you change your Apple ID or password.
