I've contacted my carrier about my Sim Locked (Carrier Lock). They claim my phone is unlocked but yet I still get the Sim Lock message. They told me to contact Apple and Apple says to contact the carrier (Straight Talk). I've tried factory reset.

My Sim is locked (Carrier Lock). Carrier is Straight Talk and they say my phone should be unlocked so to contact Apple. Apple instructs me to contact the carrier. Can anyone suggest what I should do? I am unable to use another Sim card in the phone which I purchased on my own (not through a carrier's plan).

Apple has nothing to do with sim cards or carrier locks. You need to elevate this within Straight Talk.
