apple music

Hello, my name is Mergen and I'm from Kazakhstan.

I have a problem with an apple music. I can't create an apple music account for general use, as in the picture I attached

I tried to create it by clicking on the "my account" button as it was indicated on the website with instructions. However, not on an iPhone, not on a computer, this button does not open.

Where is the problem?
