iPhone 12 Pro Camera Not Genuine Out of the Box?

I bought my iPhone 12 Pro on T-Mobile during pre-orders and never had it serviced and yet I’m being told that the camera is not genuine.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I was hoping upgrading to iOS 14.4 would fix it but that was no help.

Has anyone had this issue and successfully recovered the full functionality of the camera without needing to go through Apple Support?
