I have an issue with my iPhone 11 pro, heres the problem to see what I mean,
all of my previous information on is all gone except for my phone number and this should not happen, I don’t if there anything fix it and get my information back, it also says I have update for iOS but this is what it says when I try update it

The phone is still locked to a particular cellular carrier. You will need to contact them to get them to remove the Carrier Lock that the message is telling you.

Um... no, we can't see what you're talking about. The screen shots you posted have nothing to do with updating iOS.
