iPhone 12pro LOCKED? It’s my phone!!!

So I purchased this iPhone 12 pro at Walmart paid for it in cash with no plan and then I purchased a straight talk card and had the straight talk or track phone plan for a few months and now I want to switch to MINT mobile and each time I put in the Sim card for MINT mobile it says that the phone is locked so I contacted TracFone and they said we have not locked your phone so I worked with MINT mobile and they said the Sim card for mint mobile is working it’s active but my phone is locked so I contacted Walmart and said hey did you guys lock my phone and they said you’ll have to contact the product rep when he randomly comes in some day and we’ll see what we can do but I need this like yesterday not some random day when they randomly think he will come into the shop or Walmart.....can anyone help me figure out why this phone appears to be locked but my old carrier TracFone and my new carrier MINT seem to think my phone is locked? Will apple help me unlock when I have zero if their paid help plans?

is there a hack?

Hate to tell you but you have worse problems, the punctuation keys on your keyboard are completely broken.

You can only buy a truly unlocked iPhone from Apple, Walmart does not sell them. It locks with the first SIM that you use with the iPhone. Call AppleCare and ask them which cell service provider your iPhone locked to and then contact that cell service provider and ask them what their unlock policy is and if you qualify and follow their instructions to do so.

It is locked to tracfone. Tracfone can't unlock it unless you meet their requirements. That means the phone must be currently active on their network, and you must have had service with tracfone for 12 consecutive months.

If it's not currently active on tracfone, you will have to activate it for service with them and keep that service for a year before they will unlock it for you.

I'm sorry but your illiterate run on sentence gave me a headache. If you want people to read your posts then learn to write and use punctuation. If you have already contacted Apple and they told you who it was locked with (and I reread your post and you nowhere said you did that) and you contacted whoever they told you it was locked with (who was that exactly) and they won't unlock it you are stuck. There is nothing Apple can do for you.
