Newest update comes with Trojan Virus?
I don’t know if this is legit but would like to know if I’m the only one having this issue. Is it even real?

That is a phishing attempt. Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
And since there is not such thing as a "Trojan virus" (they are two different things, you did not get one with your update.
