Left Airpods 2th generation crackles at low frequencies.

I have been using Airpods for a year, and a couple of days ago I encountered such a problem, the left airpods began to crack at low frequencies. I did not drop a case or headphones, I did not wear it in the rain, etc. I reset the settings several times already, connected to another phone, the problem persists. Should I change the airpods or is there any way to fix the problem?
