Your Apple ID:

If it is the same Apple ID as the account to log in to these forums, then the password you used to log into it would be no different.

Reset Using a Computer:

I see you are using your iPhone to post this information. Modifying you credentials would more user-friendly than when using a mobile device. So, I recommend using your computer to reset the answers.
