Backup files help

We have 6 iPhone/iPad products in our household. I have a Windows PC with an SSD system drive that is running low on memory and a large secondary hard drive. Can I move the 50gb of Apple backup files in my user directory to the secondary drive through iTunes, or is there another way? Also, I have 25gb in an iTunes folder in my user directory even though iTunes music is primarily stored in the secondary drive. Can I safely delete those? Thanks for any help.
